Does anyone know fo any medical books from the turn of the last century that discuss the rest cure?

I would also like to know about the use of lithium water such as was used at West Baden Springs in Indiana. 10 points for the most thorough answer.

1. I found one book entitled "The Rest Cure" by W.B. Maxwell. It was published in 1910 and is selling at abebooks for $31.07.
